for people wanting an entertaining introduction to physics, i would recommend richard feynman. there's a lot of his speeches/classes posted in youtube. i'd also recommend his books such as "surely you're joking mr. feynman" and "what do you care what other people think".

If i may add, do check "The Pleasure of Finding Things Out" by the same author.

Physics is complicated, there are dozens of factors in determining the characteristics of the world around us, but in Minute Physics they try and make it easy for us.

Here you can see how one of the most famous equations on Earth is actually not as short as you think. "E = mc²," is an Einsteinian equation to explain the energy required to move a massless particle toward the speed of light, but this is incomplete.

Most things in the universe are not massless but could have a very small amount of mass -- like a Chihuahua -- or a large amount of mass -- like a star (that's a huge difference). The equation works for both little dogs and Red Giant stars, but to understand how, watch this video. This is one of those rare times when complex math can be made simple and kind of fun!
