    ang problema nako kay unsaon pagrelax sa akong mind para dili daghan hunahunaon egdayon ug katulog. kana sad makamata ko dili nako katulog ug balik kay bisan unsa nalang akong mahuna hunaan. lisod neng wala tay tulog labi na naay trabaho kay magduka sa opisina.

    bro parehas tag sakit,mo abot gd og 3am dli gihapon ku katog,aku style kay magbasa og libru or any reading materials inig ka dugayan dukaaon ra ku..haha.ana lang

    mao sad na ako problem sauna..pro karon ky mkatulog nko ug straight nya ok kayu...sauna kng mata ko kadlawn mg lisod nko balik katug pro karon ok na..

    everymorning mao ni ako buhaton:

    1. mg skipping rope..(exercise) for a few mins.
    2. jogging mga 2 kms..
    3. 2 herbal capsules a day
    4. 2 litrs of water everday
    5. going to office, i don't use the elevator, mg stairs ko frm ground flor to 14th floor..

    mao rana akong mga gi incorporate sako lifestyle..nya na observe nko na ok ra akng pgkatulog

    i don't drnk coffee, beer sometimes..and no energy drink..more on tubig rko mga parts..
