Naa na jod diay pod ni sa pinas no. kuyawa ani, di na lang jod ta ani gamit credit card ug online transaction kay maswertihan nya ka ani nila nga klase sa tawo. wa raba jod laban ani ang cardholder kay sole responsibility man jod nimo imong card.

pero bai, kon di man ka ma trace but i assure you this act will keep hunting you for years and no other success can compensate for all the malas that these will cause you.

Like say someone gave a me stolen CC info from California. And I ordered from play-asia and order something. So i will have to post my address... What are the chances of getting busted?

Motion to quash denied. Last October 2003, the National Bureau of Investigation arrested Marichu Villegas and Dante Castro after the YES Group detected stolen credit cards used on its YESPinoy.com website.

The two were charged along with a third member of the syndicate with violating Republic Act 8484 (Credit Card Fraud Law) and Republic Act 8792 (the Electronic Commerce Law), and falsification of public records.

The third member of the syndicate is being prosecuted in a separate case.

This week, the court dismissed the motions to quash the case submitted by the counsel for the defense.

The three arrested had obtained stolen credit card details from the US.
They then attempted to use them on the YESPinoy Send Money Service.

The Send Money service allows a YESPinoy member to send money to a Smart Money card or a Smart cell phone from any Internet computer.
