Most likely 1st or 2nd quarter na na sya muabot sa Pinas. hehe. The Lumia 800 was released November or December 2011 sa UK, April na niabot sa Pinas. Paeta, sige jud ta kaulahi.

Murag unlikely na irelease ang sa September ang first WP8 kay mga October or November pa man irelease ang Windows 8 na OS. So most probably, December ang earliest. Then sa Pinas, just like sa Lumia Series, April or May na muabot.

The current Lumia line up will not be getting updates for WP8.. tsk tsk..

YOU CAN BUY/DOWNLOAD XBOX LIVE GAMES BY TRICKING YOUR PHONE INTO THINKING YOU'RE IN THE U.S.

Here's how:

1. On a desktop PC, create a new Live/Hotmail account and make sure your location is set to a valid U.S. Address during account creation. *remember your location can no longer be changed once the account is created.*

2. Backup your contacts, music, videos, and all other data on phone.

3. Hard reset your phone by going to Settings > About > Reset my Phone. You will lose all your data sa imong phone so be sure you're done with step #2

4. After your phone restarts. Go through the initial set up wizard. But don't connect to the internet yet. And when Wp asks you if you'll allow data usage, press cancel.

5. When you get to the home screen, go to settings > region + language. Change all the settings to "English (United States)," hit "restart" when prompted.

6. After your phone restarts, you can now click on the XBOX LIVE tile. It will ask you to enter your Live/HOtmail account. Sign into the account you've created in step #1.

7. You now have access to XBOX Live and the ENTIRE U.S. MARKETPLACE! Enjoy!

P.S. In setting up your billing info to purchase apps/games, you can use your existing Philippine-issued credit card, BUT use a valid U.S. address as your billing address. Sagdi lang if dili na tinoud na billing address kay the system won't check. Basta naka-set na sya into ANY U.S. address, dawatun na sya!

gi-ingun ana rapud nako ako-ah... pero i didn't think na pwede diay buhatan lang nimo ug U.S address nig pay... kay mga demo/trials rani akong mga games dire... hmmmm i'm gonna try... mahala lan gpud sa ilang mga apps/games oist...

Microsoft just killed off any hopes of Nokia selling their Wp 7.5 lumia phones with the wp 8 announcement.

Nokia better come out with wp 8 devices soon kay behind na kaayo sila sa android devices and ios sa market share and ecosystem.

was about to buy lumia 900 pero it doesnt make sense to buy one knowing ur phone is already obsolete just a few months after its available...


Looking forward to dual-quad core lumia phones at 1280x768 on 4-5in screen and hopefully naay pureview camera plus the nokia music, nokia drive..i think thats the only way they can convince people to switch over from apple / android.
