yes they give rebates even 1 minute of reported and confirmed downtine! just do more trash talking with the billing and the tek guys.

mention the "CREDIT and COLLECTION department" they do the calculation and PR. they even call you for the confirmations!

Well good luck with that from what i know globe doesnt rebate you for a single penny

Never hear a rebate on my bill account from globe since 2 years. Murag naa man tingali na sila terms and conditions before sila mutaod, wala lan gko ni basa kay excited nako magpataud ug globelines.
