For the most part, moderating for iSTORYA.NET is volunteer work. We get some privileges that we can use to make some money and from time to time, we go out and get loads of fun and laughter.

How does one magically picked to become a moderator here in istorya.net? Does it have to be a referral, closed friends or you guys just ask someone whom you thought would be fitting for a certain section.

There is no magic formula. The force will tell us.
