Ang pagkuha og driver's license kailangan ba strictohon?? Dili man cguro but bisan striktohon ang ang pagkuha sa lisensya, dili jud na mawala ang mga vehicle accidents.

The biggest problem ani kay ang implementation. You can make the best system possible and implement all the safeguards patterned from other countries who use a system that works (i.e. U.S. Dept of Motor Vehicles aka DMV) BUT... the problem is the implementation. We can all say.... we have to start somewhere but realistically speaking... with the LTO having an inherent corrupt system with people used to the way things are.. it will need something short of a miracle for a system to be truly effective.

Sad to say it but this is the reality... I think whoever you put in there bisag unsa pa ka noble iyang intentions... tun-lon lang na' sa systema...


So what do we do about it? Para nako ang LTO is a symptom .. not the cause... there are larger issues we have to deal with here first. We cannot expect to have an efficient government agency if the government itself is inherently corrupt.

yeah, mogamay jud ang disgrasya sa dan kay maminosan naman unya ang mga sega nga drivers. kasagaran mahitaboan sa disgrasya kay kadtong mga drivers nga wala saktong seminar, nakakuha lang ug license kay na-ay lakas sa LTO or ningbayad ba hinuon... kamao lang mogunit ug manibela, driver na dayon... paetz!!
