sir, if what you mean is for the monthly photo competition, there is a specific time of when you can only make the photograph, and its theme is dedicated for Cebu thus the photograph must be made within Cebu vicinity. if you have a photograph which was shot in Cebu on this month, you can submit it though for the monthly photo competition under the month of May.
