id tried this before like when your running if your mind is somewhere else bati kaayo i dagan pero if you relax when running murag dugay ka kapoyon and enjoy each and every step. then after a short or long run you feel refreshed

I think we need to add that sa tip. Healthy mind sad. Stress-free nga work life. Practice ug lock sa utok inig weekend.
