    As far as i can remember it is HEAT that causes expansion. Well actually, the truth is "cold" water after a meal solidifies saturated fat. Making the digestion longer than usual thats why morag mo "expand". But still it WILL get digested eventually. the good thing about drinking TONS of COLD water is it boosts your metabolism. believe it or not. haha

    sitting too much in front of ones computer is the culprit ... you burn more calories when drinking cold water by compensating your body temperature.

    drink some more OK?

    Nope, not TRUE! Ang tubig pa man gani maka burn of fats tapos walay calories, okay kayo ang tubig uie! pag sure lang jud!
