Though the Phenom X2 550BE would be a great choice, if only there were a lot of those in the market..

The E8400 would be a better choice over the G620. It's faster, got more cache and overclockable. I have been through that processor (for 3 years)and you cannot imagine its gaming prowess. Even went through an SLI 8800gtx.
The consideration why i had to choose the G620 over it is that the E8400 is old architecture, its got limited upgrade possibility on the 775 socket, it's more power-hungry and we are considering brand new parts only.
According to THW, the E8400 is one tier higher in gaming performance over the G620

Gaming man ato bai. And word of advise, dont rely too much on synthetic benchies. Real world performance matters more.

AMD Llano based bro.. no need for GFX Card Can run most of games. and can even be upgraded with lower end AMD card for Hybrid xfire.
