@moyti... thanks bro!
how are you, people?
i am curious, does this just happen out of the blue? or is there any precipitating factor? a thought, behavior, or situation perhaps?
there was a situation that triggered my first attack. at least that's what i think when i analyze it. and then after that it just happened out of the blue. i'm glad to say i don' t have it anymore (although one can never really tell as with almost everything else in life hehe). but whew. *wipes sweat*
i went through this ordeal, had to call 911 feeling it was my end... anyways...
panic attacks or anxiety attacks: it hits you out of the blue.
when something very serious is bothering you (depression, problems)
and by thinking of them deprives of you sleep.
my doctor's advice is to seek help. discuss problems with friends you trust
and can possibly help you. seek help of a psychologist (doesnt mean ur a psycho).
exercise, eat the right food...
yeah i could say something serious was bothering me then. then something happened and that's when it all gave way to a panic attack. that's my theory. =)
and how are you doing so far, chukchak?
i used to have panic attack.Â* and everytme i have it it really feels like im about to have a heart attact.Â* Â*before i knew it was panic attack i thought i had some kind of a heart disease and the thought of having a heart disease even made my panic attack worst.Â* i think it was because of too much anxiety and paranoia.Â* at that time sige man gud kog ka gu-ol ato about something.Â* then later on i finally decide to visit the doctor to have it checked and thats when i was diagnosed with panic attack.Â* after learning about it nawala ra sad ug iyaha.Â* that was 5 yrs ago and never had panic attacks againÂ*
