You'll know and feel when it's there... so basically anytime as long as you've reached that age of maturity. It's when you can't live without this person and you're ready to spend the rest of your life with her.

i prefer late..mga late 20's guro.coz i think mao na ang time na mas mature na ang person to settle down ky mas dghan2 nmn ug mga naagian..hehe.

got married when i was a month shy of turning 30. perfect time. ready na jud ko by then to settle down. so was hubby. homan na mi sa mga laag-laag or nightsout with the gang. maturity level pod namo to get into marriage and to start a family was high na, unlike when we just started dating. getting married late, when you've done almost everything you want to do will give you peace when you've settled down. tinuod nga settling down na.
