some can be achieved thru self study,

some requires a series of seminars,

some requires you good educational background,

some requires you experience,

some requires you perfect skills,

for sure, no one here HAS EVER ENROLLED IN ALL SCHOOLS and finished/tried the programming course. it would be illogical to point out "university of blah is the best" or "blah college is the greatest". the best course of action is to actually gauge the prospectus' offered in the schools in question, look for the most comprehensive, and hope for the best. if short courses lang ang imo plano, however, your best option would be informatics, although, kita ko sa ila mga course syllabus, for C and Java, simple ra kaayo, nya 4K+++ ang ila singil. and of course, pwede man jud ka mag self study, buy programming books (don't buy pinoy made books. they suck. period.)
