    id tried this before like when your running if your mind is somewhere else bati kaayo i dagan pero if you relax when running murag dugay ka kapoyon and enjoy each and every step. then after a short or long run you feel refreshed

    sakto jud bai. I think health and wellness do not just apply physically, but I think mentally pud. Mao ng sa mga busy kaayo ug trabaho, lisud jud ipa-daot. Imohang lawas kay luya kaayo na. Di sad healthy mag exercise if kuwang ka sa tulog. Dapat balance jud permi.

    I think we need to add that sa tip. Healthy mind sad. Stress-free nga work life. Practice ug lock sa utok inig weekend.

    Daghan gihapon mga ungo runners mag dagan dagan magabii sa fuente? Makamingaw man sad ning Cebu uy.
