1.) Cardio exercises most especially kanang interval nga cardio . What this means is i rotate nimo ang imong heartrate between 65% to 85% of max heartrate. Push it beyond 85% for a minute then back to 65% to 85% for 3 minutes. 4) Take a 10 minute walk after dinner. Focus on the good things that happened to you that day. If pressed to find a good thing then focus on the fact that you are well enough to take a 10 minute walk.
5) Take OMEGA Complex (omega 3,6,9) works on cortisol the stress hormone. I have proven this to REALLY bring down my stress levels significantly. I take 2 x 1,200 mg a day.
5) Give your husband/wife/mom/dad/sister/dog/cat a hug. A good hug back will certainly take away the stress.
What NOT to do to avoid more stress:
1) Watching bad news on tv right before sleeping. Limit news reading to the morning and not in the evenings.
2) If there are certain films or shows that upset you then don't watch them before you sleep.
3) Avoid negative people
4) DUring the day take a power nap.
5) Learn to say no in a good way.
