    @icon_king

    Ako i quote imong post sa other topic.

    all im saying is pwede raman ta badlongon ug dili pwede, nganu hatagan man tah ug infraction dayon? pila ray pag PM sa atoa nga atong gi buhat dili pwede!! musabot raman cguro toh... bati gyud ning styla... this is not right.

    - Ana man gud ni bai, kung mohatag pa ug warning ang Mods, daghan ang mo abuse, "Aw, pwede ra mo violate sa rules kay mohatag pa bitaw ug warning ang mod(s)". Kung ingon ani bai, how can you manage that? Wala cguroy badlongon but daghan abusado. Yet there were instances that they were linient nga mo warn pa gani before handing out infractions. But not all will do these act, depende ra nila.

    - Forum rules and FAQ are posted all over the boards, it is our responsibility as a guest to understand and follow it. Kung mo follow lang jud, unsa pay gamit sa forum rules. But there are members nga the way they act in this forum, it speaks for themselves. Meaning, badlongon jud.

    - About sa no read, no write part. For me, this is an excuse. It is impossible that you join a forum without the capacity to understand a rule. Given an instance nga naa jud dili masabtan sa rules, you have the right to ask for further explanation. But prior asking, search sa site if naa existing topic with regards to your query to avoid redundant topics as well as redundant answers. Kung dili ingon ani ang pamaagi sa forum, its annoying right?

    - Lastly, don't take the infraction personally. Everything can be settled in a polite manner and there are better avenue where to do that. No need to whine in public and telling them that you receive an infraction as what some newbies and old members do.

    Peace.

Meaning, it is just a "heads up" that you've done something wrong at Moderators' discretion. While infraction is ought to be a simple warning in the sense that you gained point for every violation committed. And if this violation is persistently acted, this will lead you to get muted or banned. But infraction and warning are not limited to these as both are handed out at Moderators' discretion that's why you've noticed that they are not obliged to warn before handing out an infraction. Or sometimes you'll be banned immediately. It merely depends on them.

    i definitely agree with this, it's like Dumb and Dumber..basically they are the same but actually they dont have the same meaning.

    but i think this is not the place for a no read no write person..literally, how can it be possible!

    To Clarify - Everything Stays the Same.... A very simple rule is follow the rules and you'll be fine.

    Points will not matter if one just maintains his/her course to following rules

    A 1st infraction is used so people remember to follow rules, it doesn't stop anyone from reading or posting.

    So C'mon guys we can all do better than this going back and forth

    It ends here...

    it simply means daghan ang wa mobasa sa rules pareha nimo.

    i believe that the rules are very easy to follow.
    but no matter how simple the rules are, if you don't read them... ?

    Better close this nalang, basta that's it. We're not changing anything (at least not this time), no need to reinvent the wheel.

    What confusion? there's no confusion here...

    confusion only happens when members don't read the rules... that's not our problem, it's theirs.

    kung nauwawan ka nga tuga tuga kag open ug thread nga walay basa basa sa mga rules, FAQ's ug infractions 101 nga klaro kaayo gibutang:

    "Infractions = Warning"

    "kinsa man ng sala nimo?"
