so if ang Cisco mauy mu-conduct exam para certification CCNA, CCNP ug CCNE then Microsoft pud sa MCSE, MCP ug MCSA ...


kinsa man ang governing body sa ITIL o ITSM exams? PRC (Professional Regulations Commission) bah, DTI (Dept. of Trade and Industry) o ISO o kinsa gyud??


besides, naglibug sab ko kay if it's about so called libraries-thing then inig balhin sa lain company, mu-take na sab balik kay lain na man pud policies o rules o structures gigamit

sa ako man gud pagsabot kay ang company mu-apply like ISO standard then the company itself will create or made their own set of tests or exams based on their IT rules and policies
