    Two things:
    1.)Keep track of what you eat.
    2.) Monitor your weight daily and compare every week. If you're gaining or staying in the same weight refer to #1 and cut back on your food intake slowly and track progress weekly.

    Remember cardio helps. Mu gamay rana bro!

    gusto ko mag start ug gym sa march 2014...
    pwede ko everyday mag gym?
    dili ko mag mag take ug supplements
    ang ako lang is ma solid akong lawas
    desame sa lawas nilang bruce lee , jacky chan..mga niwang pero liki.liki ug muscle
    pwede ma achieve ang ing.ana?
    dili ko gusto anang dagko kaayo ug lawas...

    sa akong nahibawan bro, need jd ka og pahuway kung ga gym ka kay kinahanglan jd na sa imohang lawas.

    kanang supplements ang gamit jd ana kay para dali makita ang resulta nimo.

    knahanglan gyud ug pahuway, kung mahimo every other day lang ka workout then kada buntag inig mata nimo inom kag whey powder para dili mukupus imong mga na gain nga masels mehehehehehehe. dapat sad 8 hours imo tulog every night
