    mga bossing maaung adlaw! ask lang ko. unsay maaung work out for a 5'11 ft 78 kg? gaining paba gihapon ko ani or shaping na? sauna 72 kg ko kato nag gym jd ko sugod, katong nahunong ko ni bug at jd ko niabot na ko 78 kg nanambok jd ko ug nagka fats. karon nibalik na pud ko pag gym lunes ko gasugod. ok raba diretso n lang ko pabuhat ug program, or back to basic gyud ko? like conditioning program n lang gyud ko sugod?

    bai, ako experience, reduce lang sa your body fat kung dako ka before you use whey protein. this is food for your muscles but maglisod u muscles if daghan pa ka fat. But if gamay na, pwede kaau so that ur muscles are fed. atbangi daun creatine. I'm no science major ha ug bacen wrong pud ko pero 12 years na ko gym bai -- from daut to tambok to daut...

    question, would you recommend weights over cardio for weight loss sa akong case? akong nawng is sakto nman, ang lawas lng nako ang dako2 pa... hadlok ko ma ahat ug jogging kay mubalik nyag kalupyak akong nawng murag adik.

    Weight loss is weight loss. Regardless if gikan na sa cardio nimo or sa weight lifting. Kaon nalang daghan para mo dako imong body build, usually mo dako mana apil imong nawong
