ALAMEDA is a nice place
it's a little island off Oakland. NOT a ghetto neighborhood at all. I lived there during my college days when I was still going to school in Berkeley. You should try it @akosijason;

& btw, there are also areas in Oakland that aren't ghetto especially the northern part near Berkeley--but the cost of living there will be more expensive of course..
