try sa walnut creek boss kay mura affordable pud didto.

^layo2x naman nang walnut creek oi, hinuon naa man pud BART, so murag ok ra...pero definitely, not Oakland! unless you have a death wish or something

Why not try Daly City or South San Francisco? Daghan kaayo pinoys ana nga areas...mura ra ka naa Pinas, enjoy kaayo.

^Oakland, in recent years, has become mostly ghetto. Daghan gangs, daghan crimes. Let's just say, it's not a desirable area. No one I know would want to live there.

Although this might be quite a drive but yes, Walnut Creek, Antioch or Pittsburg could be a fair choice...
