Crunches or planks won't help you at all. If you have been stuck at your current weight for a while, then your body probably has adapted to your current training/nutrition. Make some changes! You either train harder to burn more calories or you cut down on your current calorie intake. Do both and you'll get better results
The problem with not having sufficient equipments is that you won't have enough stimulus for muscle growth. You can workout for an hour or two, but if you don't train hard enough to stimulate a muscle growth response, it would be really hard to build muscle. If you're confident that the weights you have at home is enough, then by all means train at home. If not, enroll in a gym. If you're determined, you will find a way.. Not excuses. "Kapoy" will get you nowhere. You need to work hard for you to gain weight.
Training is only one part of the problem. The real problem is nutrition. Common sense will tell you that in order to gain weight, you need to have an excess of calories. The excess calories will be used to gain muscle. Too much excess calories will be turned to fat. If you tried working out before and haven't seen any results. You probably weren't eating enough. Solution? EAT MORE! Seriously, that is the only way! As for your gall bladder surgery, it has no significance of protein intake. But you might want to limit on your fat intake. Goodluck! Protein is protein. You take in protein and after digestion it will turn to amino acids. They have little to no significance. So don't stress about it. Amino tablets won't help you either. A single serving of amino tabs would only give 2g of protein. Very insignificant if you ask me
What is the best way of controlling your cravings especially when you are in a diet already?
guys any suggestions for faster muscle recovery. most of the times i have DOMS then it takes around 2 days foe me to recover. sometimes the soreness is still there until the next training day and it makes lifting much more difficult.
