Yes. Normal rana ang feeling nga mo workout sleepy and tired. Once you start warming up and bloodflow increases, ma wa rana! That is a subjective matter. My workouts would last for 30-45min. You don't have to stay long in the gym to see results. The more intense your workouts, the less time you have to spend in the gym. Less time in the gym doesn't mean less results. You'll be surprised that sometimes... Less is more! Train hard, be consistent, and the results will follow![]()

I have been doing work out for a couple of years already, though my problem is still my belly. I was able to work out on my chest (which used to look like man boobs, and arms and legs) but to no avail, dako man gihapon kog tiyan.
I cut down on my carbs, and minmize fats, but I was wondering how to get rid of this stubborn belly fats.
Ive been doing this Mike Chang video workouts for months now. Is it maybe because ive not done enough crunches or planking? How do you get rid of this stubborn belly fats.

Pwde ka mu recomnd ug workout program for hard gainer. Daot jd keo ko. 56kg aq weight nd mga 5'8 ako height. Ng workout q sa una. Sa balay ra gd.. Nd ni tambok q gamay nd ng inom pd q whey protein pero due to health issues, ni niwang q nd now planning pa tambok balik. Di q nahan sa gym kay kapoyan q travel due sa nature sa trabho nd mahal pd. bsin pwde ka maka recomnd ug work out plan kanang para ra gd sa dumbel.
