Couldn't help but notice this when two local papers said that HP04 would be shown on Nov. 18 when I already have tickets for a Nov. 16 showing.

The theatrical release date in the US and UK is Nov. 18; however it will be shown in the Philippines on Nov. 16.Â* That's two days earlier.

It was also the same with HP02, but only about 1 day advance.Â* I don't remember if HP01 was shown earlier in the Philippines, and I don't know about HP03.

I can't help but wonder why the Philippines get to see it earlier.Â* In fact, it has the earliest date of all the other countries including the US and UK.Â* Special kaayo ang Pilipinas.Â* =)

Note this is for regular movie showings, not premiere showings.Â* As far as I know there are 2 premiere showings.Â* One in the UK on Nov. 6, and one in the US for Nov. 10.
