What does it mean by "tutorial packages"? That you're offering them via the internet? If so, there are already a lot of people offering this type of service, most of all in programming. I've already tried some mathematics lessons via Skype and they were not very very effective. Nowadays is trendy to share examples and solutions with PDFs type of documents. I believe that what's written get's in the mind easier. With docsie, I've created some documents about economic problems, like transportation and assignment problems, which I understand very well. You could do it also for some type of problems, if you're not against sharing knowledge for free.
