    Default beware of fad diet


    a lot of people are obsess bout dieting... i know its kinda' alarming when u step on the weighing scale then find out that u gain more than what u expect..
    don't just lay down and cry..go out and kick off those FATS..
    go in the gym or else have some brisk walk or jog in an oval it helps u a lot esp. for ur cardio endurance.
    eat the right amount of food...don't skip ur meals and stay fit..

    carohydrates are the one that can be easily digest in our body so the best thing that u do is cut off the carbo then you'll see a result for that...u can eat the foods that u want but lessen the carbo and sweet foods; eventhough ur a gym addict, u exercise a lot but in every 100 calories that u burn only 1% of ur fat was get rid in ur body.. :mrgreen:

    @ryZel: you make the carbohydrate sound bad... carbohydrate is your main source of energy.. simple carbohydrates are the one you like to avoid especially if you don't have an active lifestyle.. complex carbohydrates are the one you need to fuel your body even if you're active and not. and of course another factor is quantity, obviously anything excess is bad.. in the case of carbohydrates either complex or simple the one that is not used by your body is stored as fats for extra energy. quality is another factor the more process the carbohydrate the worst it is.. so try to eat as close as it's natural state...

    carbo fuel us up but juz minimize eating with it but juz try to eat foods without carbo, we can get carbo not only with rice,sweet foods can be a source of energy to prevent us from hypoglycemia...

    eat complex carbo... read pchan's post

    eat good fats.. fish, nuts, lean meat, avocado, etc.

    do it 5-6 times a day in small meals to promote better metabolism of your food intake

    and in everything you devour do so in moderation
