Nag AWOL siya sa Team. Naa naman siya sa line-up sa FMC, sa FilOil. Bisan si Mr. Tallo says they left the team. Isn't that AWOL.

Pwes using your own logic/words........You keep harping he is in La Salle. Then FYI wala pa siya officially in DLSU kay di pa man siya ka-enrol. Nisugod naman ang klase wa pa siya kakuha ug exam. He is going to enroll for the second sem pa lang. Wa pa siya gi-sudlan na klase. Even his supposed exam gi-question by those on the DLSU forum. The only scheduled entrance exams for DLSU was for the 2nd to the last or the last Sunday of August., meaning either August 21 or 28, yet naa na si Mr. Tallo claims that naa na sila sa La Salle before that. So murag gi-hatagan special exam si Macmac (I know the other athletes take it the same time as everyone else) or ga-assume lang si Mr. Tallo na mu-pasar si Macmac (when he takes it/took it on Aug 21 or 28 as the case may be), although I don't think passing the entrance exam should be a problem.

His being on Team B in DLSU is the same status as he was when he was playing with team A ADMU. Not an official student but part of the team. Naa man mga tournament na pwede muduwa ang recruits. So kung mukalit lang sad siya mudecide mubiya sa La salle kay ganahan siya muduwa sa NBA, AWOL ra gihapon sa La Salle team B ang tawag ana.

The presscon was a normal interview after a game. It was asked about Macmac's rumored departure and the question was answered...... Macmac had left without any explanation, he had NOT submitted all his documents so he was not officially enrolled, he was not a Blue Eagle, all of which are FACTs.

In that "presscon".......There was no calling the Tallos ingrates. There was no calling them freeloaders. There was no asking for jackets or pants lent out by teammates/priests (that could actually be legally considered qualified theft on a priest) to be returned. There where no requests that the airfare and training fees for the US trip be refunded. There were no calling them cowards for not addressing the issue like men/adults. There were no speculations as to why they had not submitted the documents needed to complete enrollment. There was no calling them liars.

There is a big difference between saying he left without any clue as to why versus calling someone a liar.

I am the one asking why they went AWOL and why they did not complete the documentation (despite you saying that Mr. Sia saying the documents were released to the Tallos).

I am the one speculating, please prove me wrong by giving a statement from the Tallos answering my questions.

I want MacMac's integrity restored. The only way is to answer the questions. He sounds like such a nice kid, the father from what I hear is a totally different matter.

I have apologized for making the mistake na gi-include ni Mr. Tallo sa pagtawag ug bakakon si Mr. Huang, si Coach Norman ra diay.

I have thanked side-step1 for clearing up the CEC incident.

I have no qualms if my SPECULATIONS are proven wrong.

I will thank side-step1 again once ("if" man siguro) he answers the questions I have posed to him.

I actually wish to be proven wrong kay from the small stories and anecdotes that Mr. Huang would drop whenever mag-kita mi, murag he thinks/or at least thought MacMac is a nice kid.

Kung tan-awun gani nimo iyang nawung basta mukwento makita nimo either nasayangan gyud sya or basin sakit pa gani because he really opened up his home and friends (I guess his wallet too) to Macmac.

Wa man lang ninanghid ang bata ug tarung.

RE: The success of the Blue Eagles, samot unta na was siya nibiya. Even the 3rd stringers are actually getting playing time (3-4minutes) kay daghan man blow-out games.

But that is water under a burned bridge.......

Karun para sa ako mas nindot gani na gwapo duwa ni Macmac sa La Salle. To keep the Ateneo vs La Salle rivalry strong both teams have to do well. Karun mas ganahan pa mutan-aw ang tawo na dili from either school, sa FEU or ADU vs ADMU kaysa ADMU vs DLSU.

Kung naa "villain" sa DLSU side na gwapo duwa the more the cheering on both sides will become stronger. Everyone even non ADMU and DLSU fans will take note. MacMac has become a "villain" by his attitude/actions whether he likes it or not, deservedly or not.

That again is another issue from his actual AWWWWOOOOOOLLLLLLL!!!

Once he gets to play, his reputation will always be questioned. If he plays well for DLSU, he will be called a godsend for DLSU, an ingrate by ADMU. If he does not play well for DLSU, he will be called another superstar wannabee by DLSU, and good riddance (beh, buti nga) by ADMU.

I know. If you notice the past few weeks I just reply whenever he resorts to name calling.

Some people just don't get it.

As to leaving well enough alone. It would have been perfect if that is how it was from the start.

The Tallos go AWOL, Coach Norman is asked about it. He just says Macmac is no longer with the team. Should have been the end for outsiders/people who did not actually have any vested interest in the Tallo's decision.

Unfortunately the Tallo's chose to go on the offensive in the press "Black Bakakon" I think was the article headline.

Just like here. If people didn't feel the need to keep giving bobo2 remarks and just answer what they are asked then I would have no need to speculate.

Unfortunately someone wants to keep at it. I can go on and on keep asking what other insignificant tidbits from people around Macmac during his stint with Team A...... like did he say thank to the US based alumni for the dinners? How many times did he and his dad get to fly to Manila (for free) during the course of Season 73 to watch games and scrimmage with the team? How many times did Mr. Tallo request that he be included in the US trip to accompany his son?

If you think that the end justifies the means that is your outlook and since you have presented it in a rational manner well and good. I don't subscribe to that process but that is my outlook as well. I was taught that the process is always part of the goal.

Hahay... agree ko nimo. Ang pildi ani sa kaning diskusyon- si Macmac.

Macmac will not know that he is a hot topic here. Based on their actions in the AWOL and the continued non-reaching out to the guys they left in the dust, they (he and the dad) could probably care less.

I do hope he ends up with a career better than his dad. Even if I don't like what he did it would be such a waste of talent if he loses opportunities because of "their" decisions.
