Yes, and sometimes what we desire is the equivalent or for insatiable ones some who asks for more.
What should be important is the synchronization of feelings which is sometimes very difficult to achieve,
but if realized through perseverance and utter honesty would become very rewarding in the long run and eventually until the end.

Yes, the best thing we received is TRUTH.
Mostly they say - it's a must.
but sometimes there's a little mask
of lies & secrets

if one you hold, and you want to get
will never be yours and you just want to hold a moment of temporary
and then you smile & act happily?
or, you may turn weary and grey.

either way, change is the only constant in this world.
