We all know that IMAX is finally here in Cebu, but will it "work" as well as Manila? To some extent we know that Cebu Market and Manila Market are two very different types of market. Each having their own set of subcultures and other behaviors. But are Cebuanos really willing to pay P400 to see the same movie at a regular theater at a way cheaper cost? If you ask me, I think alot of people still prefer to buy a pirated DVD (P.S. I'm not promoting movie piracy) It's true that the experience is very different, but quite frankly, I don't think it would last anymore than 3 tries, and at P400 a ticket? In a regular movie house in Cebu, you can get a ticket for at least 50% of that price?

Are Cebuanos really willing to pay P400 for IMAX?


P.S. I have nothing against SM or IMAX, just my own personal offense-less opinion.

my mistake. abi nako 3D... ask man gud ko ato gbantay sa IMAX unsa sunod movie pagtan.aw nko avatar. ask ko kung 3D gyapon. ingon man to tigbantay na tagalog na bayi na 3D daw.. 2D ra diay. still its worth watching...
