I cant really speak for LESSONS , maybe techniques lang maam G ... if it works for me , it will work for everyone kay amateur man pod ko .

Some of my techniques are :

    - I never use the flat top when grilling steak , I always use a broiler so it can properly sweat its juices and cook the right temps . Its nice to have it marked too .

    - When grilling fish , I always wrap it with aluminum foil , it will be easier in the end to flip over .

    - I only use VIRGIN OLIVE OIL when grilling vegetables . It keeps it shiny and appealing na di luod inig kaon .

...side tip lang ni ako ha...in addition sa stuffing idea ni galadriel...ako i use a lot of herbs jud...and i store fresh herbs in ziplock bags...blow air before closing it...the carbon dioxide keeps them fresh longer....

next post na lang about steaks...grilling etc kay i have to go na...see you all later!

bro...they last longer sa refrigerator ...

on grilling...nahan ko mag do it yourself....so nag palit mi hot plate nya ibutang lang siya sa table....and the marinated meat on the side...then each person can grill his own meat....so mag grill and eat at the same time....i have some suggestions for marinade....

1- korean calbi sauce (puede man ni siya gamiton bisan dili short ribs imo meat)...lami jud ni nga marinade
2 - rub the pork with wasabi (yes the japanese wasabi!!) ...let stand for a couple hours...sus lami ayo inig grill oi

nya i also put a plate of lettuce...kay after the meat is done..you can put a little hot sauce (thai /korean lami) ..then wrap the meat with the lettuce ....

also have korean nori (mas salty ni siya kaysa japanese)....small strips lang...then ibutang sa babaw sa rice before kaon...lami sad...goes well with the grilled meat....

this kind of eating/food preparation is called yakiniku (japanese word meaning yaki-grill; niku- meat)

^^ i'm glad you liked the idea....kon adventurous ka...tounge is also very yummy....pero dapat sliced thinly jud...then grill kadyot lang kaayo ( kon ma over mo gahi man) ....no marinade for tounge...but after it's done you can sprinkle a little salt and dip with calamnsi juice.....wowwwww......ga laway na lang nuon ko ani da!

and of course vegetables can be grilled same time too....pinaka the best to grill kay pumpkin
