dako2x lagi suweldo pero perting kapoya! after nako training ug 1 month, i never lasted three weeks sa floor... as in, while on-duty, nisulod na lang gyud sa ako huna2x na mu-resign ko and that's what i did... i never finished my shift and handed my headset to my team lead and said this line with full resolve: " I RESIGN..." hehehe... that was one decision i will never ever regret..

my first call center ... im here for about 6 years .... fun , learning wise -- career growth is what I like. Open door policy with the owners of the company

comment lang is the premature news released by some agents na wa gani ma verify sa management , dali kaayo makatag and maka cause man gud na panic with other people who can hear it. example : oi .. kani na account ba .. "I Hear" na wa daw gi renew .. mag unsa na man lang ta?" simple ra man tubag ana ... why would u worry, the company placed you there to work , hired you to work , the account did not hire you to work. better yet, get your facts straight and wait for OFFICIAL news from the management.

overall experience nako with my current work now here sa call center, PERFECT !

sakto brad, i took this path kay i badly needed the job to help my kid go to school and help with the needs of the family. ako na lang gi-gusto ni trabaho. i know daghan ni complain about graveyard shift, o kapuy sturya english, but there are a lot of positions sa CC na pwede ka sa backoffice, just doing paperwork n stuff, away sa calls. or if ma-timingan ka ibalhin ka sa buntag, then at least nakuha-an naka isa ka tunok. i been to that that's why i stayed this long cos medyo nakaginhawa gamay without greatly sacrificing the pay.
