    Gud day mga boss ngutana ta ko.. hehehe.
    I've been going to the gym for almost 2 months.. sa ako abs workout nakabantay ko na murag naay mopitik sa upper part dapit.. normal ra na?

    I lost 44 lbs na boss and ako panit kay murag luyat2 gamay... unsa angay buhaton ani para mawala or mohugot?

    As what Lord_Ac said, clearly you're doing nothing wrong. You are seeing results after all.

    This is pretty common for beginners, they are usually able to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.. that being said, you MAY be losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time! Don't worry about anything! The moment you stop seeing results, that is when you should worry! Keep pushing hard and the results will follow

    is it okay to workout with just mininum of 4 hours sleep?

    It depends. At first this may be really tiring. But eventually your body will adapt to the stress it has been given. Assuming you have a somewhat good nutrition, the effects may not be so bad. May I ask why just 4 hours of sleep?

    loose skin is really nasty i recommend you go to belomed for consultation they might advice you to take the excess loose skin

    Because I work and study at the same time.

    Should I workout even if I feel sleepy and tired?

    How many hours diay dapat so I can see good results?
