    ok rana imng bike kay kusog pod kaau na maka daut...ug ganahan ka apili lang ug gym kanang sington ka maau. para nako ang d best makadaut mag diet ka.kay bsg unsaon nimo gym pasingot ug dako ka kaon dili ka mo gamay...

    ako sd murag ganahan ko mg gym ug balik.. used to be active in sports and jogging everyday.. ng gym sdko sauna pero putol2x... nka gym ko sa fitness first ayala walyback 2010 straight 4 months.. mon-fri... due to stress sa work... after lighting some weights.. adto nko ipa buhagay akong stress sa threadmill.. normall mg sugod ko ug 7PM.. usahay maabtan ko ug closing na.. mg cge ko dagan sa threadmill... that time.. I weight 75kgs...after getting married
    ni dako dydko due to less time mgpasingot.... @ 5'8 I used to weight 67kgs only.. now I am 95kgs.. wtf...
    the same ra ghapon akong kaon..

    karon less rice 1cup/day rdyd then mg oatmeal nlang nya apple.. avoid ko ug mga chitchirya.... weekend mg bike...
    mas ok cgro kung mon-fri mg gym ko ug 1 hour... im frustrated to go back in shape atleast 70kgs... asa kaha ang gym nga near highway mandaue.. mahal2x mn gd sa Gold's gym dko ka afford hehehe...

    You'll get used to it. I would suggest lowering the dose the first 3-4 days.

    Akong ei take sir kay 1 capsule raman befre workout cgro sad wla man ko na anad og caffeine nakalitan pa cgro ako lawas doi man ko tig coffe gud . OT sorry
