Naturally pas2x ilang metabolism or kuwang lng gyapon jud ilang g kaon. "dako" or "kusog" mo kaon are very vague terms. Usually, ang dako para nila kay d gyapon maka meet og calorie surplus. Have you met anyone who's active in the gym? You'll be surprised unsa ilang kinan an!

about sa question ni hulagway, i know people before who had both, fast metabolism and kulang ang calories; when asked what they typically eat, thats when I realized na kulang jud whahahaha

project nako later for one of my meals, 350g ground chicken (574 cals) sauteed in lots of onions and garlic in olive oil, and a "decent" maybe a 100g serving of pasta(300 cals) ; i usually dont count the cals but juz to get a close approximation, this cud probably be my biggest meal of the day and also cud be the last or 2nd to the last whahahaha![]()
