    im at the age of 33, i used to work out before when i was 20. actually it was developed but i stop due to some vices like drinks & smoke, i became lazy. my weight right now is 98kg, what is the technique to get rid of this weight?

    Xenoxorph, naa kai ma hatag na routine para mu dako ang chest...as in whole chest workout kai bsan na mag bench ko inclined ug flat with 100lbs 12 reps 3 sets dli man ghypon mu dako...please some advice

    You don't get big because you're doing the right workouts. You get big because you're providing sufficient calories for your body to build muscle. Eat more

    As i said in my post above, the only way to get big is to provide your body with SUFFICIENT amount of calories. If you're not gaining weight, you're not eating enough. Simple solution = Eat more

    Hahaha, I'm loving it. Less time in the kitchen means more time doing something else more fun. TIpid pud kay less na ang window time for eating so di na kaayo ko kakaon calories. Nakaadapt nako. Makaadik pud ang training in fasted mode. Nindot imnan kape before training.

    Eggs, nuts and whole milk. High in fat and protein
