but I think it all comes down to who is more prepared, while you have a job do what it takes to protect yourself due to the fact that there is no such thing as job security. take a look at the Americans, signs palang nga naay recession mass lay off dayon kay long term adjustments na ang giplan sa mga major companies, unsa nalang kaha kung atong country mag recession?
my advice, if there were a lot of regular employees of your company then there would certainly be mass layoffs. more regulars higher operating cost of the company. therefore, always be prepared in everything life will offer.
mass termination... it happens every year in almost all callcenters.. but i dont know what call center that does not mass terminate... there are actually reasons for that.. one of course is that the person doest deserve the JOB (low scores, customer BAD feedback, etc) ... two... maybe that a lot resigned. three may fall health problems..
there are a lot of reasons actually... for the ones left behind.. good for them... for the ones lost a job... please do get one asap...
na wad-an ug clients ang call center maong nag mass terminate, to keep up with losses.
na wad-an ug clients kay na involve sa "push polling" scandal. google western wats push polling and you'll see.
Kaluoy sa mga call center agents na nawad-an ug trabaho.
more agent will lose their jobs if the US will plunge into the big R. not if the new president can salvage it right away.
