please reconsider moving there.

I still have no idea why 40k is not enough in Manila. Dagkua diay nilag sweldo noh i compare diri sa Cebu. Even in Cebu, that 40k is I think the starting salary of a new Manager of a company (Software Dev't firm).

i believe its because dako sd cla ug gasto dd2.... cost of living nila is much higher than here, that's why i'd like to prefer working here....

Let's say dako ang cost of living sa manila. Say imo kaon is 100/lunch mao ba na imo magasto didto? If mao, say 300/day imo adlaw sa kaon palang daan. So that's would cost you 9000/month sa 3x na meal alone. How about sa housing expenses didto? Ok naba ang 10k/month didto para sa kapuy-an?I think mostly sa mga nagpuyo didto is nagshare ra ug condo or apartment. So 10k/month is much higher ra if naa ka kashare sa condo or apt. If ok ni nga expenses sa kapuy-an lang, that would be a total of 19,000 na. So you would have remaining 21k in your pocket for other expenses. Other bills I think would not exceed 10k for sure, dako rasad cgro kaayo ng 10k para sa other bills oi. If so, you still have 11k remaining in your pocket for other miscellaneous expenses gawas kung grabe rajud kaayo ka ka social na mogasto ug dako for your social needs.

Please comment on this if mao bajud ni ang expenses didto. Kay wala pajud ko idea why dagko kaayo ang gipang offer na salary sa ila sa Manila compare to us here in cebu.

some one told me n ang 25K dd2 is more like 15K dnhi sa a2.... for single people lng ni.. so kad2ng mga magpadala ug money better if mas dako jd...

But 40k+ ang offer diba. So that means that's your basic there excluding allowances. Am I right?

I think its better to be safe and keep the figures without the allowances... that way you can have a calculation of how much you will be getting....

by the way, how was it? have you accepted the offer?
