for me. i think its never a guarantee kung mag apil kag school bout callcenter such as excel/tele/cca. I think much better jud na ma experience nimo. labi na sa kapila nimo ka centers applayan pare parehsa rag pangutana at least kung di ka madawat sa isa naa nakay idea sa imogn mga flaws sa interviews. maski ang naay mga experience ma nerbyosa paman gani kong mag take ug calls kung new sa company. search mo sa youtube about interview on how to answer interview questions it really helps jud. then as much as possible walay churva churva ang mga tubag...never ka mo tubag na dli ka confident labi nag questionably imong itubag. always smile and be at ease inig interview.
