Is the chat support pure non-voice or do we take inbound calls? Because I have heard that AT&T Uverse in a different CC has a chat support position but they still take inbound calls.

Ngaply ko TSR anang 24/7 gi tagaan kog exam sa accounting .. asang justice .haha .. (been with 3 BPO's as TSR) first time pako anila da..

Of course, hagbong ko (i didnt expect it).. they didnt even interviewed me or checked my knowledge TSR related. Cause I'm sure as hell that I'll pass those assessments.. Unfortunately, we jud ko kasud. asang justice.

I rate their recruitment staff 4 out 10.. mangita gani mo TSR - TSR sad inyong assessment dili ACCOUNTANT . haha

Murag ana jud na bro.. I can answer those questions but wala lang jud ko kapangandam intawon.. Worth the experience.. nauwaw jud ko ato da.. So if kamo weak kaau mo anang mga hardcore billing related subjects.. then you may have reconsider your application .Lol

True, mangandam nalang jud daan.. Sadly, most TSR's are not into Billing kay TSR gud.. They do the nitty-gritty stuff that billing guys cant handle.. Kani 24/7 ang TSR 2 in 1 plus 1 man . haha
