OT: sakto jud bai. i have been saying that on a diff thread.. we need to patronize our local brands. but in order to do that our local brands must be able to compete with the price of the imported ones. HASTA utanon bai mas barato pa ang china?! that is why the govt should intervene.

- Tungod kay atung PESO 1:40 USD man. Kanang importer Pesos ilang puhunan i convert sa Dollar dayun kompra ug NIKE. if ang USD= 10 Pesos, do you think mu mahal ghapon nang NIKE?

VALUE of CURRENCY ====== PURCHASING POWER.

We are in the Age of GLOBALIZATION. We NEED to import GOODs from other countries to SURVIVE. Mao ang STRONG currency is VERY Helpful.

We import goods to survive? Oh yeah, madatu jud ta ana. Look at South Korea now? Mahilig ba silag imported goods? They make and patronize their own products, that's why Samsung, Kia, Hyundai are so popular now worldwide.
