    nope.. di gud na ma da bro.. if you're motivated you always have time to exercise... eating every 3 hours(6 times a day) is kinda difficult but can be over come(either you cook for the week or prepare before you sleep). If you see the commercials you see the word diet and exercise.. di gud na pwede.. unless if your work requires you to lift heavy objects or if you're an athlete.. then that's a different story..

    Themogenics are enhancers not a miracle pill nor is it not a diet pill..

    fat burners/thermogenics suppresses your cravings for food and warms your body up (sorta speed your metabolism)... so in a way it helps.. but unless you start breaking some sweat, you don't really burn much.

    you gotta start somewhere if you want to lose weight like increasing your NEPA (non-exercise physical activity). example, if you're parking in a mall or somewhere, try to park further away so you can walk more... or you can take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.. or if you can manage going into your office by walking, then by all means do it.. you'd burn a lot of calories doing that...
