nope.. di gud na ma da bro.. if you're motivated you always have time to exercise... eating every 3 hours(6 times a day) is kinda difficult but can be over come(either you cook for the week or prepare before you sleep). If you see the commercials you see the word diet and exercise.. di gud na pwede.. unless if your work requires you to lift heavy objects or if you're an athlete.. then that's a different story..
