Correct me if I'm wrong but the sale of tobacco to minors is illegal, but you can't arrest and file a case against a minor for smoking.

b) If these allegations are true, then FB would then initiate measures to close down. In fact, FB is about to go public, so I don't think these allegations are well-grounded. There may be ISOLATED cases, but in general, like I said, FB takes pride in its privacy features--it's the ONE feature they will always trumpet above everything else.

FB even admitted it, and promise to fix, i still see some reports being posted their fb forum then deleted by admin...

photos in FB is not stored in there server it is hosted in a 3rd Party DATA CENTER, like what we did on some of our website, this samething goes to youtube...

b) the issues is with there data center host which is most of the time as what ive experienced will give limited access to their clients, here at the office we use amazon s3, the privacy they are talking is when you are at their site, but when you use the direct link its not controlled by fb anymore... this is already beeing raise as bug on FB repository (who ever flagged it ka kwarta jud kay mobayad ang FB basta naay makit-an nga bug), the problem is synchronization... if the file is hosted separate from the server may tendency nga dili na mag synchronize especially daghan kaayo ang request/traffic... ive tried this before, i have to delete it manuall sa amazon s3...

Sa akoa lang ha, i think sakto man guro ang gibuhat sa madre nga dili lang sila iapil sa graduation ceremony. Like sa case nako when I was in high school, naa wala kapaso nga higher batch nako during their graduation kay ang girl nagpa opaw ug ang usa kay buntis... Pero that doesn't mean nga wala sila maka graduate....

Section 9. Minimum Age Sales - Under this Act, It shall be unlawful:

a. For any retailer or tobacco products to sell or distribute tobacco products to any minor;

b. For any person to purchase cigarettes or tobacco products from a minor;

c. For a minor to sell or buy cigarettes or any tobacco products; and

d. For a minor to smoke cigarettes or any other tobacco products.

Sec. 32. Penalties - The following penalties shall apply:

Violation of Sections 7,8,9, 10 and 11 - On the first offense, any person or any business entity or establishment selling to, distributing or purchasing a cigarette or any other tobacco products for a minor shall be fined the amount of not less than Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) or an imprisonment of not more than thirty (30) days, upon the discretion of the business licenses or permits in the case of a business entity or establishment.

If the violation is by establishment of business entity, the owner, president, manager, or the most senior officers thereof shall be liable for the offense.

If a minor is caught selling, buying or smoking cigarettes or any other tobacco products, the provisions of Article 189 of Presidential Decree No. 603 otherwise known as The Child and Youth Welfare Code, as amended, shall apply.

ag pag paso is different sa pag graduate.... maka graduate gihapon ka maski wala ka ni paso, ako kay wala ni paso kay ni ikyas ko padung cebu, pero naka graduate ko according to my diploma and certificate...
