Sorry about that sir, we're trying our best to have supply but we consume 100+ ribs (50kilos+) a day and we have so far 4 suppliers including monterey, virginia, first choice and sun best farms unfortunately they can't cope with our demand.
We're still new in the industry (4mos to be exact) and we're still looking for other meat suppliers who can meet with our demands and specifications, hope you could understand and bear with us.

daku kaayo ang ribs..... na surprise uyab nko.. wa gyud nya na hurot... lami pud ang baked peni/penoi (forgot the exact spelling hehe) basta 2 thumps up!!

btw - y wala aircon? just asking lang hehe.. init kaayo mga 12-2pm...

tried it.. murag wa kapasar sa ako taste ang ribs and ila chicken wings ba to.. but wil try ang claw nga pirme pud wala.. toinkz hahaha

thanks sir wala aircon sir kay if mag aircon mutaas ang cost sa expenses then mo taas ang price sa ribs...if ever naay aircon sa next branch na siguro sir...hopefully next year if ma stable na ang ribs suppliers

no prob sir, we understand that we cannot please everyone...re "the claw" it's written on our menu that we only have limited supply meaning not all the time we have stocks...thanks for trying out our food though.

gilami-an akong kuyog sa the CLAW.

dili ko ka comment sa ribs kay ni order ko spicy ang niabut kay dili man spicy.
nag too ko nga mao to ang spicy, then I noticed nga ang ubang orders kay naay "flag" nga naay word nga spicy. lol
gitagaan lang nuon ko ug spicy nga sauce...lol.
wala ko lami-i sa ribs nga regular...ambot kaha ang spicy.

ang nakanindot pa gyug kay una mi nga niabut...naay naulahi namo, sila ang unang gihatdan sa order. toink!
gipabalhin pa gyud mi ug lain nga lamesa...toink!

anyway, mobalik mi para mo tilaw sa crispy pata ug spicy ribs.

i think it's important that you should consider these comments seriously. Perhaps you could offer evaluation form so you would know and improve because I think you want a long term business and with the experiences nga ako na notice dire are almost the same as mine.

You can ask a survey sa mga people who into cooking or perhaps mga chef and have them evaluate your food so you will make some improvement. =)
