Sorry about that sir, we're trying our best to have supply but we consume 100+ ribs (50kilos+) a day and we have so far 4 suppliers including monterey, virginia, first choice and sun best farms unfortunately they can't cope with our demand.
We're still new in the industry (4mos to be exact) and we're still looking for other meat suppliers who can meet with our demands and specifications, hope you could understand and bear with us.

tried it.. murag wa kapasar sa ako taste ang ribs and ila chicken wings ba to.. but wil try ang claw nga pirme pud wala.. toinkz hahaha
i think it's important that you should consider these comments seriously. Perhaps you could offer evaluation form so you would know and improve because I think you want a long term business and with the experiences nga ako na notice dire are almost the same as mine.
You can ask a survey sa mga people who into cooking or perhaps mga chef and have them evaluate your food so you will make some improvement. =)
