that is what we call collateral damage... ma among gud ang civilian tungod kay ang mga kuntra sa Philippine Military adto mo tago sa civilian settlements... and dili sad maka pataka og eradicate ang military sa mga terrorista sa mindanao kay dali kaayo ni sila maka blend sa civilian population...

just imagine your fighting an enemy that looks like your buddies and like the civilian surrounding you. mao nang naglisod ang military nato...

Martial law is actually a stretch of imagination these days. After all, the Constitution provides for a rigid procedure. It actually provides a check and balance to the other branches of the government, which only means the president cannot decide alone to stay in power through such measure.

The speculations that the president wanted to extend her term through any of these measures is really unnecessary. On the contrary, the president herself announced recently that the elections in 2010 will push through. As such, we should not be wary of the shadow of martial law which will not happen in the present situation.

Your President has already been proven time and time again for being a liar. Its quite appalling for people to constantly buy every word that comes out from her stinking mouth while her actions is just the opposite. There's a local term for that "ILARONON".

Ok!!! Who’s involved in activist killing before? Don’t tell me civilians are behind the killings of activist? In your own opinion and perceptions about “Martial Law” , kindly state here what is all about so that we may understand your insights on that matter.

Picture-out what happened before at Marcos regime, there are lots of killings, abuse, injustices, etc… my question is: who are those people behind the executions of innocent civilians?

Analyze and visualize something your previous post before making actions or throwing stones to other person.

So, base on your statement above! Kinsa kaha nang mga tawhana ang imo gipasabot ana? Kaklaro ana bro…. ayaw simang brad deretso sa point dili kay mo alibi ka’g something nga ikaw ray maigo….

Is this a serious thought or a Humor?
Hunahunaa kuno bro kung naay bay “UNOD” ang imo gisulti? Nganong mo-react man ka nga mo share sad me sa among insights about the topic “Martial Law”. Don’t take it personally just accept others ideas, and if others contradicts yours accept it.

As of now, actually walay martial law, but as what we observe it’s like there’s a martial law where (as I’ve said before) some innocent civilians maoy mapagan sa mga kagubot sa atong pang-gobyerno labi na kadtong gubat sa Mindanao where lots of civilians died.
Suma gud, ang mga datu or kwartahan kung makasala ug dako daghan pa kaayong “Hearing sa Korte” unya malibre pa gain nga dili ma-priso unlike sa mga “POBRE” intawon nga bisan walay SALA gipasanginlan, gipriso, or gi-Life sentence pa gani.

Mao nay pasabot nako sa “Martial Law” karon panahona bale “Justice are made only for the Rich people not for the Poor” ……..

    Just my two scents…

Given the GMA administration's proclivity to resort to any means -- legal or otherwise -- to protect its hold on power, the fears that something is afoot are understandable.
