Just done reading it.. Sakit akong mata dah.. SC rely on the facts they have.. Base on Alfaro's testimonies, libog au cya.. But how can court waited for 15 years? When in even in the RTC trials before are all libog.. hahayst..

Only HE (above) knows what really happened back in 1991. If the people's justice failed, I am sure the justice up there will not fail. Let us just pray for this case.

this is what we call as, "The law might be harsh but it is still the law..."

the court is governed by facts and not by emotions, the SC just reviewed the documents available gathered by the lower court during the trial, then lots of loopholes were found in the testimonies of Jessica Alfaro so reasonable doubts were established on her testimonies.

the constitution states that a person should be convicted beyond reasonable doubt meaning there should be no iota of doubt on the evidence against him. then comes Jessica Alfaro whose tertimonies were full of doubts, so the next logical thing that will happen is for the case against Webb, et al, to be dropped and that what happens now...

I agree.. Wala koy gidapigan ani na issue, ang ako lang ikasulti kay gipatuman ra jud sa SC ang balaod. Naa man gud na sa law nga dapat guilty beyond reasonable doubt jud para ma sentence ang accused nya lig-on man ilang ebidensya compared sa ebedinsya sa prosecution so dili guilty beyond reasonable doubt sila Webb. The SC should not be blamed for this,ang angay basulon kay ang mga abogado ni Mr. Vizconde kay hina ang mga ebidensya nga gi present.

I personally believe that the first decision of the lower court to sentence Mr. Webb and the rest of the accused was just a result of a trial by publicity and to satisfy the cry of the public for the case to be solved.

Webb et al are guilty beyond unreasonable doubts, no need of evidences just keep those ideas flowing..

its GMA fault cause she allowed Erap and FVR justice appointees to retire, giving herself constitutional mandate to replace them... what a mess in our SC.

Noynoy must be proud now, wa pa siya napriso sa iyang administrasyon puro na lang release .. Mutineers, *****g43.. hoorah.. go na go sa matuwid na daan.
