Default What's the Most Dangerous Martial Arts?

kung cige pa basa si Patrixxx sa iya thread, makatubag gyud siya more than i about Aikijujutsu.

    1. Yoshinkan Aikido- Gozo Shioda Sensei
    2. Shin-shin toitsu Aikido- Koichi Tohei Sensei
    3. Tomiki Aikido- Kenji Tomiki Sensei

kung kinsa nga aikido nga pinaka maayo wala ko comment-depende ra gyud sa tawo. duna man gani usahay nga lower grade mas maayo pa sa iya senior. sometimes lisud i-guage and kama-ayohon in terms of belt.

nindot and imo plano nga mo study ka aikido, magamit man sad siya . it can add your knowledge in martial arts, as well the philosophy nga e-practice.

asa nga kung_fu affiliation ka ni belong?

Kang Sifu Benny? Sifu Vince? or sa Taichi club sa Abellana?

The Daito-ryu scrolls issued by Takeda Sokaku (beginning just before the turn of the century) include a lineage that traces the art back to the Emperor Seiwa, who, legend has it, won his throne when his sumo champion defeated his elder brother's champion. The actual founder of the art is said to have been Seiwa's descendant Shinra Saburo Minamoto no Yoshimitsu [1045-1127], who lived in a mansion known as Daito, hence the name Daito-ryu. The art was then handed down through his descendants, the Takeda family of Kai Province (modern-day Yamanashi Prefecture), until that family's destruction five years after the fall of the its most famous member, general Takeda Shingen, in 1573. A distant relative of Shingen's, Kunitsugu, made his way to Aizu in 1644, where he was taken on as a karo (senior councilor) under the Aizu lord Hoshina Masayuki [1611-1673], son of the second Tokugawa shogun, Hidetada. Daito-ryu tradition asserts that Kunitsugu taught his family's secret techniques to his lord Masayuki, who combined them with the principles of court etiquette that he had learned as oshikiuchi, into a system of self-defense for use within the palace. This amalgamation, together with the Itto-ryu Hoshina later studied, became the basis for the martial arts training of the succeeding lords of the Aizu clan, as well as for its highest ranking members.

The original Takeda family art continued to be passed down in secret within the family itself, eventually to Sokaku's grandfather, Soemon, where the earliest written lineages in Sokaku's mokuroku end. Presumably, however, Soemon then taught Sokichi, who in turn taught his own son, Sokaku.

Sensei Fred Buot is a former Sempai (and the best student) of Sensei Max Tian. He separated from the classical techniques and applications of his mentor’s philosophies; thinking that in order to survive today’s harsh environment, you also have to adapt to your environment therefore changing his mentor's ideologies to a combative approach. He (Sensei Fred Buot) currently teaches Humbo (Combat) Aikido at his dojo at Nasipit Talamban. While Sensei Max Tian is still active in teaching Classical Aikido at Baseline…

Regarding the abuses of some Martial Artists… It saddens me to know that they do not even comprehend on what they have undergone - Several years of martial training, developing their skills, techniques, applications but they forgot the most important elements of all are: Character Development, Spiritual Development, Humility, Honor and Self-Control, for without these elements; the martial artists’ essence is empty… Perhaps these martial artists who abused their knowledge are basically inferior that they result to such degrading acts in order to mask their inadequacies…

Regarding Jun Rey Saavedra – I don’t know him… Is he from Comjukai Aikijutsu?

The "Ryu" or Comjukai Family found its home in the Police Regional Office-7 at Camp Sergio Osmeña, Cebu City with Police Director Ramsey Ocampo as the leading student. When Ocampo left for Camp Crame, he appoints P/Supt. Edgardo Montenegro to bear the Mission and Vision of Comjukai to the law enforcement officers.

Presently, law enforcers studied the art to stop lawless individuals, protect and preserve the peace and order of the community. In this way, Comjukai Aikijutsu International continued the customs and tradition Daito-ryu Aikijutsu started in training law enforcers helping them to accomplish their duties and responsibilities of the country.
    (from Comjukai Aikijutsu International)

Yes, I wholeheartedly agree with Kamikaze that:

Prevention is far better than cure!

And besides, Life is too precious to waste it…
(I salute you Mr. Isagani Batayola for not only applying your principles on what you teach to your students, but as well as being a good, God-fearing person. And yet, you remain humble despite possessing extensive knowledge to your art.)

    Luke 14:11
For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

    Proverbs 15:33
The fear of the LORD [is] the instruction of wisdom, and before honor is humility.

    Proverbs 22:4
By humility and the fear of the LORD are riches, and honor, and life.
