Depends... sometimes, jealousy can be a proof that you love the person.. but of course don't overdo your being jealous.. now, that really becomes an insecurity.

One way of dealing with jealousy is showing him/her how much you love him/her. Let him/her realize that he/she have nothing to be jealous of...

how do i deal w/ jealousy? i talk it out w/ her.. i tell her that im or was jealous.. i dont keep it to myself becoz it only add up more questions in my mind.. i'd clear things out w/ her the soonest time possible para pagkahuman wla na'y problema..

yah jealousy is normal but too much is dangerous, i think both party should work it out, talk openly... yah it's a sign of insecurities bec. maybe ur partner start neglecting you or taking you for granted. the bottom line is always show your partner that their special and assure them everyday that you love her/him. all we need is assurance to overcome jealousy...

jealousy is a whole bundle of feelings that tend to get lumped together.. i see it as a manifestation of fear - fear of the unknown and of change, of losing power or control in a relationship, of scarcity and of loss, and of abandonment which somehow makes it a reflection of our own insecurity about our worthiness, anxiety about being adequate as a lover, and doubts about our desirability..
a little jealousy is ok.. we all have our good and bad merits..Â* either he is the one for you or he isn'tÂ* there will always be someone more attractive..for those who can not control it eats away at the core of the relationship in the one thing that holds it together -Â* trust
personally i tend to boost my self-confidence which i get from positive thinking, surrounding myself with good people, but i make it a point at maintaining my unique self..Â* i don't compare myself to others.
