one healthy breakfast I usually have is oats with banana or apple, sometimes if I can't take the bland taste I add milk or cocoa powder^^ happy-happy^^

Here's my own Breakfast menu... its low fat, lo-cholesterol, hi in fibrepero am sure its filling
a bowl of porridge or oatmeal (sweetened w/ honey or brown sugar)
2 slices of wheat bread (medium size)
1 cup of yoghurt (plain)
1 Big slice of Watermelon (Pacwan)
1 glass of low fat skimmed milk or
1 glass of orange juice
My break fast is very healthy and nutritious. My break fast is always start with the butter Omelet, 2-boiled eggs, one glass orange juice, and sometime instead of butter Omelet I used to eat Cheese Grilled sandwich...

you can try scrambled eggs with mayonnaise.... whew lami..
