delikado na bro basta beginner pa ka.. ay lang sa pugsa.. kung kapoy naka hinay nalang og lakaw hangtod maka recover ka kay daghan na gi atake ana kay bag-o pa ga exercise ga palabi dayon.. ang uban gani kay mo konsulta una sa doktor bag-o mag cardio
What do you mean by naglisod ug ginhawa? Something like asthma? If so, I don't think it would be good to jog. But if normal exhaustion lang, then it's fine. You can even push yourself a little further and harder.delikado ba mag jog ka nya naglisud naka ginhawa nya pugson pa nimo gamay?
If you do have a background of respiratory or heart ailments, better consult a physician first. Better be safe than sorry.
kasuway ko ani before, muhangak nako maski gamay pa ako nadagan. hehe. pero kitan nako ang teknik. breathing ra d i ang lusot, ako gipataas ako ginhawa, mu inhale ko good for 3 or 4 steps nya ako exhale gud for 3 to 4 steps ra pud. pero lisud sad kung wala ka maanad. hinay2x lang sa jud ka ani. hehe.

if you're a beginner & healthy, that's normal. start with run/walk before running all the way.
actually base on my experience as a long distance runner for 3years I started running since 2002 until 2005 I suddenly stop due to my work..
anywayz just a simple advice in running before you start you should know your heart peak rate, consult a doctor if you're not sure with it..or just take
a bunch of care by monitoring your breathing. Since we all know that oxygen plays a big role during blood transfusion and running usses alot of muscle
and energy to accelerate. To maintain your pace try doing "TTR which stands for Talk Test Run" while running..

while running you must able to speak two words? it should be not too fast and not too slow.
because if it is too fast that means your pace is too slow if you have difficulty speaking two words then it means ur running too fast..by doing TTR you could also
master your pace or running spead
Note: 30mins up is a fat burning zone and speed doesnt make any difference if you're aiming for fat burning..walk and run are both equal for weigh lossing
time is the only key to fast burning
